Terms and Conditions for Services
Once you request services which we have quoted a price for, you automatically agree to the standard Terms and Conditions laid out therein. If you do not agree with any of these Terms and Conditions please make it known in writing to your point of contact at AMHS Ltd (A M Health and Safety Limited) prior to service provision.
We require a purchase order for confirmation of all bookings. Invoices will be forwarded following delivery of each service and are due for payment within 30 days. Acceptance of any goods or services implies acceptance of these conditions, these conditions may not be varied except in writing by an AMHS Ltd (A. M. Health and Safety Limited) authorised representative.
Cancellations
Cancellations or transfers made prior to the service date will incur the following charges.
More than 15 working days until service No charge
Between 10-15 working days until service 25% fee
Between 3 &10 working days until service 50% fee
Less than 3 working days until service Full fee
Postponement
More than 7 working days until the service No charge
Between 3 & 7 working days until the service 5% fee
Less than 3 working days until the service 10% fee
Postponements will only be permitted if an alternative date can be booked at the point of notification.
AMHS Ltd (AM Health and Safety Limited) reserves the right to make reasonable changes or alterations to the services agreed.
All prices quoted are valid for a maximum of 90 days from the date of proposal, if confirmation of services is not received within 90 days, prices may be subject to change.
