Where do I start?

In order to improve, we must first measure ‘where are we now’?

 

To do this we will visit your organisation and conduct a thorough audit and behavioural safety survey.

This will enable us to gain an accurate reflection of your current culture and the areas which require influence to achieve improved behavioural safety standards.

 

Let's get to work!

We can then get to work on improving things with targeted campaigns and training packages or group/one-to-one workshop programmes where specially selected key groups e.g. directors, managers, or key employee liaison groups can discuss an identified area of focus.

 

 What should we discuss?

Topics from these workshops can be anything identified as requiring improvement, from traditional health and safety subjects to suggested site improvements, fun initiatives to spread the word, coaching and mentoring, behavioural influence training and leadership skills.

As an output from these sessions we can recommend individual or team performance objectives and goals to ensure the momentum of change and improvement is maintained and can be measured.

This is the best bit!

We then re- visit your organisation at a later date and conduct a behavioural safety survey. We can then compare the results with the original measurement to see how far you have come. Well done!
